Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies within the marine buffer protected area established by Royal Decree 96/2025 to visitors, vessels and projects carrying out activities specified in the Decision.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not replace maritime, port, fisheries, tourism, mining, construction or other environmental approvals. Its scope is confined to the named protected area and does not automatically extend to the entire archipelago or Omani waters.
