Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to all foreign ships and maritime units entering Oman's territorial sea to carry out an activity licensed under the Regulation.
Limitations and exclusions
Expressly excludes foreign military ships and units, and ships or units entering for loading or unloading at Omani ports or in emergencies, provided they leave the territorial sea immediately after the permitted purpose ends. It does not replace the Maritime Law or port, customs, immigration, environmental and sector-specific requirements.
