Amendment to the Executive Regulation of the Fertilisers and Soil Conditioners Law

For the fertilisers and soil-conditioners regime, adds a new administrative-sanctions chapter to the Executive Regulation: a warning coupled with remediation, a fine not exceeding OMR 1,000 for each violation, suspension or cancellation of the licence.
