Applies to persons licensed for regulated activities under the Law on the Regulation and Privatisation of the Electricity and Related Water Sector, within the Regulation's defined perimeter.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not automatically extend the requirements to the water and wastewater sector, which is governed by separate Decision 35/2026, and does not replace licensing, technical, security, cybersecurity or emergency requirements under other instruments.
