Commercial Companies Law — Article 76

Subsequent to its dissolution, a company shall be liquidated in accordance with the provisions of this Law and its Constitutive Documents, provided that such documents shall not contradict any mandatory legal provisions. All partners, including those who are not entitled to manage the company, shall have the right to participate and vote on the resolutions which will affect the liquidation of the company.
