Commercial Companies Law — Article 246

Shareholders or the manager appointed by them under the Constitutive Documents, as the case may be, shall within a maximum period of thirty (30) days of the date of completion of the procedures of establishment of the company, submit an application to the Registrar for registration of the company. The originals and copies of the company’s Constitutive Documents and other documents specified by the Regulations shall be attached to the application. Any amendment to the Constitutive Documents shall be registered in the same manner and within the period set forth in the preceding paragraph, from the date of making such amendment.
