Commercial Companies Law — Article 236

The name of a limited liability company may consist of the name of one or more shareholders, or any word or expression, provided that the name shall not be misleading as to its objectives, its identity or the identity of its shareholders. The name of the company shall, wherever it appears, be followed by the phrase “limited liability company” or the expression “LLC”. If as a result of violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a bona fide third party commits an error with respect to the extent of liability of the shareholders, the person who has committed such violation shall be liable to the third party to the extent of his/her personal property, for the damage suffered by such third party as a result of such violation.
