Commercial Companies Law — Article 218

If it appears to the board of directors prior to the convening of the annual general meeting that there are errors in the financial statements, it shall correct such errors and send a notice thereof to the shareholders and the persons entitled to attend the general meeting, prior to the convening of the general meeting. If the board could not make the correction prior to convening of the general meeting, the general meeting shall postpone the consideration of the report to another meeting, unless the error is material. The board shall send a copy of the report after it has been corrected, to the Concerned Body and file a copy thereof with the Registrar within seven (7) days of the date of sending it to the Concerned Body.
