Commercial Companies Law — Article 165

The board of directors of the company shall prepare the agenda of the general meeting and shall include in the agenda any proposal submitted by representatives of more than five percent (5%) of the share capital, provided that such proposal is requested to be included at least twenty (20) days prior to the date specified for convening the general meeting. The auditor shall prepare the agenda of the general meeting if it is convened by him/her.
