Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Applies to applicants, operators and other persons receiving Civil Aviation Authority services listed in the Regulation. The Decision generally takes effect on the day after publication, while Articles 1-3 of the attached Regulation apply from 1 August 2026.
Limitations and exclusions
Payment of a fee does not itself grant a licence, certificate, registration, approval, slot or other aviation right and does not replace substantive and technical compliance. The Decision repeals the former Fees Regulation 879/2025 and inconsistent provisions, but not the Civil Aviation Law or special operating rules.
