Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Establishes the institutional and competence framework for the CBO and its relationship with licensed banks, financial institutions, public authorities and other persons required to provide information.
Limitations and exclusions
It is not a licence and does not replace Banking Law 2/2025, National Payment Systems Law 8/2018, sector regulations, circulars or institution-specific CBO conditions.
