Scope and exclusions

Applies to test-ready fintech solutions from licensed and unlicensed applicants that fall within the CBO's perimeter, through the prescribed application, in-principle approval, live-test, evaluation and exit stages.
Limitations and exclusions
Sandbox admission is not a permanent licence, permission for a public launch or a guarantee of later authorisation. Any relaxation is limited to the approved functions, period, customers, transaction limits and other CBO conditions.
