Scope and exclusions
Applies to
Covers recovery and resolution planning, crisis management, engagement with the institution and use of legally available tools for entities within the CBO's perimeter.
Limitations and exclusions
It is not a general insolvency statute and does not guarantee a particular tool or outcome. Prepared under the former banking law, it must be applied only together with Banking Law 2/2025, the CBO Statute 3/2025 and later instruments.
