Applies to new fee items 14–21: OMR 50 for a three-year food-supplement marketing licence and OMR 50 for a change; OMR 300/200 for infant formula, OMR 250/150 for infant foods and OMR 250/150 for foods for special medical purposes, respectively for an annual licence and approval of a change.
Limitations and exclusions
Does not replace the full fee schedule in Decision 228/2024 or prescribe the substantive safety, registration, composition or labelling requirements for the products. Other fees and licensing conditions must be checked against the consolidated regime.
