1. The Bankruptcy Court may, before deciding on the grievance or on the challenge filed against the judgment issued therein, decide to approve the debt in an amount it estimates unless a criminal case has been filed in its regard. 2. The Bankruptcy Court approves the list of creditors whose debts are temporarily approved, and the Bankruptcy Department notifies the Trustee thereof.
