Whoever, acting dishonestly and in bad faith, reports any incident, gives any testimony or submits an expert report, with intent to take advantage of the protection program, shall penalized with prison sentence and a fine of not less than [AED 100,000] one hundred thousand dirhams and not exceeding [AED 300,000] three hundred thousand dirhams.
