This law aim at: 1. Protecting the society and minimizing the crime rate as much as possible. 2. Activating the community engagement role for detecting crimes. 3. Protecting the witnesses, victims, whistleblowers, experts and anonymous sources and their respective family members and closest persons as well as any other persons decided by the judicial authority to be protected from any threat, assault, revenge or intimidation surrounding them.
