When the protected person appears before the judicial authority, the latter may not take any action that may adversely affect the protection measures or render the witness or the like vulnerable to risk, including: 1. Reject the questions posed by the Defendant or their lawyers, which may ultimately cause their identity to be revealed. 2. Not to make the protected person stand in confrontation with any witness or defendant in any other lawsuit.
