The definitions set forth in Federal Law No. (14) of 2020, referred to hereinabove, shall apply to this Resolution; otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned thereto respectively, unless the context requires otherwise: Ministry: The Ministry of Interior. Minister: The Minister of Interior. Law: Federal Law No. (14) of 2020 on the Protection of Witnesses and the Like. Security Guard: A guard appointed pursuant to the Law of Private Security Companies.
