The court shall revoke the marriage contract, upon the wife’s request, in the following two cases: 1. If the husband swears not to have sexual intercourse with her for a period exceeding (4) four months unless he retracts his oath before the expiration of the four months. 2. If the husband refrains from having sexual intercourse with her for a period exceeding (6) six months without a legitimate excuse.
