1. The court shall rule to revoke the marriage contract if the wife requests its revocation before intercourse or seclusion and the husband refuses to divorce her or conduct Khula’ with her, and if she returns the received dowry, and reconciliation between them is impossible, without the need to investigate the causes of harm and prove them. 2. If the wife requests the revocation of the marriage contract before intercourse or seclusion for a reason relating to her, she shall return -upon the husband’s request- the dowry and what the husband has spent at her request for the sake of the marriage.
