Marriage contracts are of two types: 1. Valid marriage contract. 2. Invalid marriage contract, including the following: a. Invalid marriage contract in which one or more of the elements of the marriage contract are missing. b. Al-Fased marriage contract in which one or more of the conditions for the validity of the contract are missing.
