Personal Status Law — Article 247 — Article (247) "Al-Takharuj" from the Estate

1. "Al-Takharuj" is the agreement that some of the heirs or devisees relinquish their share of the estate or part of it in consideration of a known thing thereof or something else. 2. "Al-Takharuj" shall be documented before the competent authority in accordance with applicable legislation.
