The rights pertaining to the estate are lined in the following order: 1. Proper preparation of the deceased’s funeral. 2. Settlement of debts, whether they are due to Allah (God) or to people. 3. Execution of the will within a one-third limit, unless heirs consent to exceed it. 4. Division of the remainder of the estate among the heirs.
