The following results from the issuance of a ruling presuming the missing person dead and then his/her appearance alive: 1. The missing person shall reclaim the existing of his/her in-kind property from the heirs. 2. That the wife of the missing person shall return to his marital bond unless she has married another husband and he consummates the marriage with her.
