1. The father is entitled to dismiss the tutor whenever he wishes. 2. The tutor may resign from tutorship whenever he/she wishes during the lifetime of the grantor of tutorship, the tutor shall submit a request to the court to resign if the grantor of tutorship is deceased or incapacitated. 3. The court may dismiss the tutors, or any of them, if the interest of the minor requires so.
