Article 136 — Article (136) Father’s Liability for Misconduct and Causing Harm to the Minor

Chapter Nine: Guardianship, Tutorship and Trusteeship

1. The father’s actions become void if his misconduct is proven, and no interest in the action to the minor exists. 2. The father is deemed financially liable, on his own property, for a serious fault that resulted in harm to the minor.
