The Executive Regulation of this Decree Law shall determine the requirements for the care of inmates in penal and correctional institutions in the following areas: 1. Hygiene measures 2. Daily meals and food safety. 3. Means to improve physical and mental health. 4. Enjoying fresh air in the outdoors. 5. Therapeutic services and healthcare.
