The President of the Authority shall have the capacity of a judicial police officer. Authority military personnel shall likewise have such capacity, by virtue of which they may arrest perpetrators of crimes falling within their competence, in accordance with the legislation in force. Such capacity may be granted to civilian personnel of the Authority by resolution of the Minister of Justice in agreement with the President.
