Article 169 — Article (169) Non-Prejudice to a More Severe Penalty

Part Eight: Administrative and Disciplinary Accountability and Criminal Sanctions · Chapter Two: Criminal Penalties

The Application of the penalties stated in this Decree shall not prejudice any more severe penalty provided by any other law.
