A fine not less than (20,000) AED and not exceeding (100,000) AED shall be imposed on any person who: 1. Provides incorrect information or documents with the intention of recruiting a foreigner to the State to work therein. 2. Obstructs or prevents a Worker assigned to implement the provisions of this Decree by law and its Executive Regulation and the resolutions issued in implementation thereof or attempts or starts to attempt to prevent him from performing his job, whether by using force, violence, or by threatening to use force or violence. 3. Discloses a work secret that he has had access thereto by virtue of his work as a public servant charged with implementing the provisions of this Decree by law and its Executive Regulation and the resolutions issued in implementation thereof, even after leaving work.
