The Ministry, in coordination with the Competent Authority and the Concerned Entity, shall develop programmes and policies necessary for the Follow-Up Care Juveniles and their integration into society, as determined by the Executive Regulations of this law. The Executive Regulations of this law determine the violations and administrative penalties related to the violation of aftercare programs and policies.
