Juvenile Delinquency Law — Article 27 — Article (27) Suspension of the Guardianship over the Delinquent Juvenile
Federal Law No. 6 of 2022 concerning Juvenile Delinquency and Juveniles at Risk of Delinquency
Subject to the provisions of the laws in force with regard to Guardianship over oneself, the Court may suspend all Guardianship rights if the Guardian is the cause of his Delinquency.
If the Court shall decide to suspend the Guardianship, it refers the matter to the Court concerned with personal status affairs to appoint a Guardian over the Delinquent Juvenile in accordance with the legislation in force in the State.
