1. A unified electronic register shall be established at the Ministry, in which all data and information related to Licensees, the type of Activity related to Industrial Hemp, and other data and information specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree by Law shall be recorded. The Executive Regulations of this Decree by Law shall also specify the Federal and Local Authorities and other entities to whom the register will be made available. 2. The Federal and Local Authorities and Licensees shall record all data and information in the register referred to in Clause (1) of this Article, and shall update it periodically in accordance with the controls and procedures specified by the Executive Regulations of this Decree by Law.
