A. This Law shall supersede DIFC Law No. (10) of 2004, and Dubai Law No. (12) of 2004. B. Any provision in any other legislation shall, to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Law, be repealed. C. The regulations and resolutions issued by DIFC Law No. (10) of 2004 and Dubai Law No. (12) of 2004 shall, to the extent that they do not contradict with the provisions of this Law, continue to be in force until new superseding resolutions and regulations are issued.
