Multiplicity of Defendants involved in the criminal action shall not prevent the Public Prosecution from initiating the Plea Bargaining procedures with any or all of them. In which case, the Public Prosecution shall dispose of the criminal action with regard to the remaining Defendants according to the procedures prescribed by law.
