1. All actions carried out by the Judicial Police Officers shall be recorded in reports to be signed by them, indicating the time and place of taking the underlying actions. Such reports shall also contain the signatures of the Accused, the witnesses and the experts questioned. 2. The reports shall be submitted to the Public Prosecution along with the relevant documents and items seized.
