Article 343 — Article (343) Finality of the Criminal order

The criminal order shall become final and unchallengeable with regard to the Defendant in either of the following cases: 1. In case the Defendant performs the criminal order through payment of the prescribed fine; or 2. Lapse of the right to object to the criminal order on limitation grounds.
