1. The provisions on criminal order shall apply to the misdemeanors and infractions described in the applicable laws in the State, and which are punished by non-mandatory detention sentences. 2. The Attorney General shall issue a decision, in agreement with the Attorneys General of the local judicial authorities, determining the misdemeanors and infractions to which the criminal order-related provisions are applicable. In addition, the Attorneys General shall, within their respective areas of jurisdiction, issue the necessary decisions for implementing the provisions of this Article.
