1. The provisions regulating the limitation period set forth in the Civil Procedure Law shall apply in respect of the court-ordered compensatory damages, refundable amounts and legal costs. 2. Enforcement by way of physical coercion shall not be conducted after expiration of the limitation period for the sentence.
