Book 4: Enforcement of Judgments · Part 6: Lapse of Sentence on Limitation Grounds and Death of the Convict
1. The provisions regulating the limitation period set forth in the Civil Procedure Law shall apply in respect of the court-ordered compensatory damages, refundable amounts and legal costs.
2. Enforcement by way of physical coercion shall not be conducted after expiration of the limitation period for the sentence.
