1. The measures shall only be enforced after the custodial sentences are enforced. 2. Notwithstanding the provision of Clause [1] of this Article, the measure of committal to a medical treatment facility shall be enforced ahead of any other sentence or non-custodial measure, while the physical measures shall be immediately enforced, unless the law provides otherwise.
