1. Every convict punished by a custodial sentence may be granted conditional release if the same satisfies the requirements set forth in the Penal Institutions Law. 2. The convict granted conditional release shall be subject to the requirements set forth in the above-mentioned law throughout the remaining period of his sentence term. 3. Upon motion of the Public Prosecution, the conditional release may be revoked if the released person fails to satisfy the requirements set forth in Clause [2] of this Article.
