The objection shall be adjudicated on after hearing the statements of both the Public Prosecution and interested parties, and the court may conduct the necessary investigations. Decisions on the subject of the objection shall establish impermissibility of enforcement, dismissal of the objection or continuation of enforcement, and the decision made on the objection shall be unchallengeable.
