Objection shall be filed under a statement to be submitted to the court within the territorial jurisdiction of which the enforcement is to take place. The date scheduled for hearing the objection before the competent court shall be indicated in the statement and shall not exceed seven [7] days of the filing date thereof. The objecting party shall be notified to appear on the hearing date, and the Public Prosecution shall notify the litigants to appear on the scheduled date.
