For every judgment of conviction that gives rise to depriving the Defendant of the right to dispose of or manage his own property or to institute any legal proceedings in his own name, the Public Prosecution, the Defendant or any interested party shall petition the Court of First Instance, within whose jurisdiction the property of the convict is located, to appoint a Receiver to manage the said property. The court may order the Receiver so appointed to provide a guarantee, and such Receiver shall be supervised by the court in respect of all affairs of receivership, and shall submit thereto a statement of account.
