Accessory Penalties are as follows: 1. Deprivation of some rights and privileges. 2. Police Probation. 3. Dismissal from public service. Such penalties shall be imposed on the convict by force of the law without the need to mention them in the judgment, and in accordance with what is provided for in this Section.
