There is no crime if the act is committed by a public servant or by a person who is entrusted with a public service in one of the two following cases: 1. If he commits the act in execution of an order given thereto by his superior who is legally authorized to give him such an order, and which he is bound to obey. 2. If he commits, in good faith, an act in execution of what is imposed by the law.
