A penalty of incarceration and a fine shall be imposed on anyone who, through threat, compels another person to hand him over money or things other than those mentioned in the preceding Article. If the threat is to disclose or attributing disgracing or dishonouring matters to the victim, this shall be considered an aggravating circumstance. Attempt shall be punishable by half the penalty prescribed for the consummated crime.
