1. Where the commercial obligation is the delivery of a certain item within a specific season or a time of the year, the agreement between the two parties shall be the reference with respect to fixing the time for such delivery. In the absence of an agreement, then the time for delivery will be determined by the custom prevailing in the country where the delivery shall take place. 2. The custom prevailing in the country where the contract is concluded shall apply to the method of measuring, weighing or counting goods.
