A promissory note shall contain the following particulars: 1. A stipulation of promise or the expression of (promissory or order note) written in the body of the instrument in the same language thereof. 2. An unconditional undertaking to pay a specific sum of money written in numbers and letters. 3. Date of maturity. 4. Place of payment. 5. Name of the payee or the beneficiary. 6. Date and place of making the promissory note. 7. Signature of the person making the promissory note (maker).
